Spain Lifestyle
Spain, one of the biggest tourist destinations of the world has gained popularity not only because of the beautiful climate and sceneries but also for the exquisite lifestyle of the Spanish people. Spanish people are a happy bunch of population, who know how to enjoy life on a daily basis. Given the wonderful Mediterranean weather that surrounds this magical country, Spain with its sun bathed coasts and diverse flora and fauna makes life a celebration.
The Spanish way of life
Many tourists who have been to Spain have decided either to stay back or buy property for post retirement plans. It’s not only because of the climate and food, but also for the vibrant lifestyle. For the Spanish people life is not all about earning money, rising up the social ladder or taking part in the unending rat race. For them life is about living in the moment. Many Spaniards give work and money a secondary place to partying with the family and maintaining good health. You will hardly find a Spanish man or woman going out single or only with partner and friends. They generally move around in big groups.

Less sleep more enjoyment
If you are thinking that Spanish are a lazy and laid back population then you are in for a surprise. Spanish people are active in a different way. They sleep late and less. In fact they spend the least hours of the day sleeping than any other people in the world. It’s because Spain has a vibrant night life. Night life in Spain particularly in the major cities like Madrid is well known across the globe. Madrid is often said to have the best nightlife in the world.

THE SPANISH TAGS
Well, if you still associate lifestyle in Spain with good old bull fighting, flamenco dance and the paellas then you don’t know the latest. Bull fighting is on the decline, as number of people visiting the arenas has lessened over the years, some cities are even calling for a ban on bull fighting.

Flamenco a traditional form of singing, music and dancing is still very popular but that is not the soul identity of the Spanish art and culture. Spare some time for a visit to the Prado museum in Madrid and you will get a bigger picture. As for Spanish cuisine it’s not restricted to the good old paella. Given the variety of fruits and vegetables that Spain grows, Spanish cuisine is one of the most varied and versatile of all.
